Shipping policy
For logistical reasons, some products from the same order may be shipped separately, which means you may receive your items in multiple packages.
To ensure accurate and fast delivery, please carefully check your shipping address at checkout before confirming your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost shipments if the address information provided by the customer is incorrect or incomplete.
It is very important to verify your address details carefully to avoid delays or delivery errors.
At checkout, you may choose your preferred shipping method, including free shipping, which means the product may be shipped from our supplier outside your country.
Processing Time and Delivery
The normal processing time for orders is 2–5 business days from the time the order is received.
After processing, the estimated delivery time is 5–12 business days.
These times are estimates and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date.
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be created and sent to you by email together with the shipping confirmation.
If you have not received your tracking number within 5 business days, please contact support@eagletactix.store and include your order number.
Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays — for example public holidays, natural disasters, transportation strikes, or other events beyond our control.
If the delivery exceeds 45 business days, we will offer a full refund to ensure your satisfaction.
Unclaimed Packages
A 15 USD handling fee will be charged for unclaimed packages.
This fee covers return shipping, handling, and administrative costs.
